With 34 years of real estate experience, I have a proven and successful track record in every aspect of real estate sales.

I was originally licensed in California in 1988, beginning my real estate career as a mortgage broker, real property evaluator, and vacant land use advisor. I then moved on to residential and multi-unit sales in Northern San Diego County. Beginning in 1999, I owned a real estate brokerage in Michigan that concentrated on commercial sales, including hotels, motels, bakeries, bars and restaurants.

The company concentrated on waterfront corporate estates and waterfront resorts. I have successfully managed sales involving ground contamination, mixed use property, business sales, liquor license transfers, water right issues, business and property inventory sales.

I was instrumental in writing the CCR’S for several condo resort developments and then successfully marketing the properties.

My Nevada Broker Salesperson license was acquired in 2006 and I have been involved with multi-unit developments, ranches, waterfront commercial properties, residential rental investments and downtown buildings. In addition, I operate an international and nationwide commercial property web-based referral system.

I lived in the Lake Tahoe, Carson City and Reno areas for many years and am very familiar with the Carson City, Carson Valley, Washoe Valley, Lake Tahoe (NV), and all of Washoe County multi-unit, residential and investment property opportunities.
